Warren M. Crosby began his career as an OB/GYN in Oklahoma in 1962 as a faculty member of the Department of OB/GYN at OU College of Medicine. OPQIC gives this award to a person who exemplifies the characteristics of Dr. Crosby in championing efforts to improve outcomes for Oklahoma’s mothers and infants and going above and beyond to “do what is right for the patients”.
