This webinar will highlight the racial disparities in California maternal mortality overall, and using cardiovascular disease (CVD) as a case study, will review quality improvement data and opportunities for implementing the CVD screening algorithm to better identify women and provide timely treatment for all women, and especially women with higher rates of CVD during pregnancy and postpartum such as African-American women.
