Oklahoma’s Grade drops from “C” to “D” as preterm birth rate rises

The March of Dimes has just released the 2017 Preterm Birth Report Cards. Oklahoma received a grade of “D” based on the 2016 preterm birth rate of 10.6%. This a drop from the grade of “C” Oklahoma earned on the 2016 Preterm Birth Report Card.
