As part of the Cesarean Section Quality Initiative, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority has released the SFY2018 c-section rates. The overall SoonerCare c-section rate for FY2018 was 31.3%. The primary c-section rate was 16.2%. Rates were also reported by hospital, provider, and region.
