Since we are holding the 5^th Annual OPQIC Summit on November 16^th and Pre-Summit on November 15^th, we have decided to cancel the OCTOBER 16 OPQIC Quarterly Meeting.

If you have not already registered for the November events, please do so! www.opqic.org/summit2018 See below for more information. Both will be held at the Moore-Norman Technology Center S. Penn Campus in OKC.

CME approval is in progress for the Summit through the Oklahoma Foundation for Medical Quality.
