CDC’s 2022 national survey of Maternity Practices in Infant Nutrition and Care (mPINC) will close on October 17, 2022. Thank you to hospitals that have already submitted their survey!

Fewer than 42% of mPINC surveys have been submitted. . Only 39% of OK hospitals have submitted so far. Please see the submission rate, by state, in the below table. Hospitals must complete and submit their survey to receive an individualized Hospital Report and be included in state, regional, and national level data.
