Ethical Representation Builds Resilience Training Description:
While there are no particular standards for representation of children in Oklahoma deprived cases, the Rules of Professional Conduct do provide guidelines that must be properly applied. This training will not only cover a number of ethical responsibilities an attorney owes their child client, but will further explain how this ethical representation can combat the effect of adverse childhood experiences by building resilience.

(This training will follow directly behind the Keeping Babies in Mind training on the above dates and will  have a separate registration. The same Zoom Link will be used for both trainings.  Please feel free to attend both trainings, but to receive credit for the training, you must register for each one separately)
