Our 4th Annual OPQIC Summit was held on September 29, 2017 at the Moore Norman Technology Center. More than 220 perinatal and public health providers were in attendance.  Several hospitals received the Spotlight Hospital Award, and the Warren M. Crosby Champion for Maternal and Infant Health award was given to Becky Mannel, BS, IBCLC, FILCA.
