Ohio Perinatal Quality Collaborative has an educational module about cervical length measurement and screening! The online module was created to train sonographers, OB physicians, MFMs, radiologists, and personnel involved in prenatal care. This comprehensive interactive educational module was developed as a tool for participants to learn the risk factors of preterm birth, how to identify those at risk using transvaginal ultrasound, AND identify treatment options. It was developed with content experts David McKenna, MD, RDMS, FACOG; Jiri Sonek, MD, RDMS, FACOG; Cathy Downing, RT, RDMS, RVT, lead educator for the Fetal Medicine Foundation in North America; and Jay Iams MD, OPQC’s OB Lead and Co-Chair of CLEaR , the Perinatal Quality Foundation’s Cervical Length Education and Review program There is no cost to participants.
