Tulsa Family Care Plan Pilot: A Deeper Dive Front line and field staff from the Child Welfare, Healthcare, and Substance Use Treatment systems in Tulsa County will learn in depth about Family Care Plans (FCP) and the rollout strategy for the FCP pilot and associated evaluation in Tulsa County.
Pregnant people who use drugs, including opioids, often forgo prenatal care and treatment for fear providers will report them to the child welfare system. This legitimate fear leaves pregnant people at risk of missing care that can improve the health and well-being of the dyad and decrease the risk of maternal mortality or morbidity. Experts
