This in-person workshop is designed for teams who are in the process of implementing TeamBirth at their hospital. Led by staff from Ariadne Labs, there will be discussion on the TeamBirth core components, shared-planning board design, and implementation strategies. There will also be time dedicated to scenario-based training and practice huddles.

This virtual quarterly collaborative brings together Oklahoma hospitals to share knowledge, tips, and lessons learned related to implementing TeamBirth. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of January, April, July, and October. Participation is limited to staff from Oklahoma hospitals.
