SAMHSA is Hosting a FREE Course June 23 in Dallas, TX on Clinical Guidance for Treating Pregnant and Parenting Women With Opioid Use Disorder and Their Infants

This free CME Live Training Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)-hosted course is designed to help physicians and healthcare professionals who care for pregnant women with opioid use disorder (OUD) and substance-exposed infants make clinically appropriate and individualized treatment decisions that will promote the best possible outcome for both mother and infant. The information covered in this course is based on SAMHSA’s Clinical Guidance for Treating Pregnant and Parenting Women with Opioid Use Disorder and Their Infants guide.

This activity is intended for physicians practicing obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics/adolescent medicine, psychiatry; nursing professionals; physician assistants; and other health care professionals engaged in the care of pregnant or postpartum women with opioid use disorder and substance exposed infants.
