Nancy Byatt, DO, MS, MBA, DFAPA, FACLP
Nancy Byatt, DO, MS, MBA, DFAPA, FACLP, is a Tenured Professor at UMass Chan Medical School, perinatal psychiatrist, and physician-scientist focused on improving systems of care to promote the mental health of parents and children. She developed the Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Program (MCPAP) for Moms MCPAP for Moms, now a national model for perinatal mental health care. She is the Founding Executive Director of the Lifeline for Families Center and Lifeline for Moms Program at UMass Chan Medical School. Her research uses implementation science methods to design, implement, and evaluate scalable approaches for improving parental and child mental health services and outcomes. With over ten years of federal funding, her research had led to over 100 peer-reviewed publications.​

Katie Harrison, MHR​
Katie brings over 25 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment, with 13 years dedicated to the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. Throughout her career, Katie has held diverse roles ranging from direct care to administrative positions. In 2017, she took on the role of Sr. Program Manager for Family Centered Substance Use Treatment and Recovery, where she has championed a holistic approach to supporting families impacted by substance use disorders. ​
In 2022, Katie’s role expanded to include supporting the enhancement of statewide programming and initiatives related to medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) and currently she is the Interim State Opioid Treatment Authority.  She works closely with Oklahoma providers to ensure the state’s service system effectively meets the unique needs of individuals in need of addiction treatment services. Katie’s work reflects a deep commitment to cross-system collaboration, reducing stigma associated with substance use disorders, and identifying and addressing barriers to addiction treatment services. ​

Kaytlin has always had a passion for serving others and found her path to be in community-based doula work after having her daughter. Kaytlin has been sober for 7 years and serves the substance misuse and justice involved community with a strong emphasis on true understanding, compassion, and love. In her spare time Kaytlin enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, anything that involves nature, reading a good book or cooking.​

Dr. Amber Weiseth, DNP, MSN, RNC-OB is a Research Scientist at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the Director for the Delivery Decisions Initiative (DDI) at Ariadne Labs. In this role, she leads a research and advocacy portfolio focused on improving dignity and safety in childbirth and reducing racial and ethnic disparities. Amber has been an obstetric nurse for 20 years, specializing in maternal-child health, quality improvement, and systems innovation, and is on the board of directors for the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN).​

Jenna Bellantoni, MHS

Jenna Bellantoni is the Perinatal and Reproductive Health Epidemiologist in the Maternal and Child Health Service at the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH). She provides epidemiological support to the Oklahoma maternal mortality review committee, state maternity and family planning programs, and federal grants focused on improving maternal and child health in Oklahoma, including the State Maternal Health Innovation (MHI) Program grant, the Enhancing Reviews and Surveillance to Eliminate Maternal Mortality (ERASE-MM) grant, and the Title V Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Services Block grant. She is passionate about using data to understand and address issues and disparities in public health.
