DESCRIPTION:About this event\nPurpose/Goal(s):  \nThe purpose/goal(s) of this activity is to enable healthcare providers to have a better understanding of new updates on the Perinatal Care Core Measures. \nObjectives:\n \n\nDiscuss the Perinatal Care (PC) project and reporting requirements\nDiscuss each of the Perinatal Care (PC) core performance measures and recent revisions to the measures\n\n  \nEvaluations/Certificates: \nEvaluation and post-test provided immediately following the webinar (internet browser must remain open).  Certificates provided via email approximately 1-2 weeks following the live presentation. \n1.5 Contact Hour(s): \nThis activity has been submitted to the Northeast Multistate Division for approval to award contact hours.  The Northeast Multistate Division is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. \n1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™: \nAccreditation: Women & Infants Hospital is accredited by the Rhode Island Medical Society to sponsor intrastate continuing education for physicians.  Women & Infants Hospital designates this online educational activity for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
