SUMMARY:Lifeline4Moms Network Webinar: Pregnancy-related Anxiety during COVID-19
DESCRIPTION:In March 2020\, “stay-at-home” orders began being put in place in various US States due to the growing COVID-19 pandemic. A team of researchers at the University of Michigan were interested in learning how pregnant women thought and felt about the changes in prenatal care\, reduced contact with providers\, and uncertainty regarding delivery protocols. They launched a brief\, anonymous\, online survey of pregnant women. The survey was open for a 3-week period and distributed via Facebook\, Twitter\, other social media platforms\, and pregnancy-specific professional communities. In this webinar\, Dr. Muzik will present the survey findings. After her presentation\, there will be an interactive discussion moderated the Lifeline4Moms team. \nLifeline4Moms Network Webinar \nPregnancy-related Anxiety during COVID-19:\nA Nationwide Survey of 2\,740 Pregnant Women \nTuesday\, July 14\, 2020 \n3:00 – 4:00 p.m. CST \nRegister here:  https://bit.ly/3i48TFT \n \n  \nStudy Team \n\n\n\n\nMaria Muzik\, MD\, MS (Presenter) \nAssociate Professor\, University of Michigan Department of Psychiatry \nand Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology \nCo-Director\, Zero To Thrive and \nWomen and Infants Mental Health Program (WIMHP) \nMedical Director\, Perinatal Psychiatry Service \nMedical Director\, MC3 Perinatal \n \n\n\n\nCheryl A.
